Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it.

Subscriptions

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle. You may cancel at any time, and premium access will continue through the end of your current billing period.

AI-Generated Reports

Reports are generated using artificial intelligence based on the information you provide. While Parx Digital is designed to provide high-quality recommendations, we do not guarantee hiring outcomes, recruiting performance, or business results. Users remain responsible for all hiring and advertising decisions.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, reports, designs, and technology provided by Parx Digital remain the property of Parx Digital. Generated reports may be used internally by customers but may not be copied, resold, or redistributed as a competing service.

Limitation of Liability

Parx Digital is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parx Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
